Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
